train to compete
I work with select boxers looking to compete in amateur, professional or olympic level boxing. To work with me, you must be local to Southern California as I only train competetive boxers at my gym in Santa Monica. I have spent 15 years training competitive boxers in Northern California. This included cornering boxers at USA Boxing Olympic Qualifying Tournaments. My competitive boxers did roadwork in the morning and boxing/strength training later in the day- 6 days per week. My boxers also followed a strict meal plan during training and during the making weight process. Lastly and most important was constantly building and reinforcing positive thoughts. The mind is much more powerful than the body!
