The story showed extremely successful women in their 30s. The story was meant to be motivating, but depending on where you are in your life, it can have the opposite effect.

- Unfollow the popular people. Yep, these may be the people who you are comparing yourself to and to see them portraying a perfect life daily will only make you feel bad.
- Engage more with the people that are doing things that make you smile. You will feel it when it happens. Maybe it is an animal account with yoga goats and cute kitties. It may be an account that just posts motivational quotes.
